Seattle’s @polyrhythmics started in the underground funk scene, fusing R&B, jazz, and Afrobeat into their sound. After 13 years, 6 albums, and countless shows, their music has evolved into a psych-funk that creates an unpredictable atmosphere, drawing from both bright and dark influences. Ready for anything, their virtuosic musicianship and relentless touring schedule have made them masters of their craft.

They don’t make musicians like this very often. A true pioneer and arguably the greatest living improviser, @wayneshorterofficial impacted the world with his talent in both jazz and modern music. As a member of Art Blakey’s Jazz Messengers, Miles Davis’s Second Great Quintet and co-founder of Weather Report - Wayne’s impact was enormous and led to so many incredible collaborations. Do yourself a favour and go spend some time with Wayne Shorter’s music this evening. RIP Maestro. Thank you for your gift.

Tier 2 Weekend Passes, Single Day and Camping Passes will all be released in the spring along with the rest of the 2023 artist line-up, so stay tuned! 🎉
Last year we experienced a high level of ticket scammers and as re-sales begin we’d like to remind you:

🎟 NEVER accept a PDF or hardcopy pass. Our ticketing provider, Tickit, facilitates a secure way of transferring tickets and when transferred creates a new, unique barcode and order number rendering the original ticket INVALID.

🎟 Do your research! Does the person online look legit? Are they willing to chat on the phone during the transfer process?

🎟 Experience a fishy communication? Feel like someone was a scammer? Tag them below 👇🏼 we will happily block them.

🎟 Kids Passes (7 and under are free) and will not receive a pass/PDF ahead of time, and they are non-transferable. Prior to the festival all orders containing Youth/Kids tickets will receive an email with the Youth Registration Form and instructions for collecting their wristbands on-site.

2023 VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! 🙌

It is with the help of the incredible team of volunteers that this special event happens every year and we thank you! 🙏

Come make the magic happen with us! For a weekend pass to the 30th Annual Kaslo Jazz Etc Summer Festival volunteers should be 16 years or older and must volunteer a minimum of 15 hours for the Kaslo Jazz Etc Society.
