Happy Friday! 💥

We are so excited to welcome all these fantastic artists to Kaslo Bay Park from August 2 - 4 for the 31st Annual Kaslo Jazz Etc Festival! It’s going to be an incredible weekend in Kaslo BC, and tickets are already half sold. Be sure to grab your weekend passes soon from the link in our bio!

Both South Beach and Jazzlo Bay campgrounds are on-sale now as well. If you need festival camping - now is the time! We’re excited to say both campgrounds will have air conditioned washrooms this year, as well as FREE showers for all campers each morning.

Congratulations to Jake Thygesen who won our mailing list Word Search Contest and scored a 2024 Adult Weekend Pass! Last night, we also sent an email to certain 2024 weekend pass holders who qualified for complimentary South Beach camping this year. We’re proud to say we gave away almost 15% of the campgrounds capacity and will continue to develop this project over the following years.

Thank you so much for your continued support everyone. Huge thanks to our incredible team who are working so hard behind the scenes to make this the best Kaslo Jazz yet! We’ll see you in the Bay!

Hey Jazzlo community! 🎶

Many of you have been asking about 2024 festival details - the artist lineup, volunteering, camping, vendors, etc. Everything will be announced very soon and we hear you! 📣

Our team has been taking some time off from social media to focus inwards, make exciting adjustments, and keep some gas in the tank for this summer. We appreciate your patience, and are SO humbled by how many of you are buying tickets. Weekend passes are about half sold and we feel the love. THANK YOU!

Typically we announce an initial artist lineup late winter and then the full lineup is announced in June. This year we’re doing it a bit differently and releasing the full Artist lineup all at once, and it’s a big one! Stay tuned! 🙌

Volunteer and Vendor applications will open this Tuesday April 2nd. Camping details aren’t far behind.

Be sure to join the mailing list for all updates, and also for a fun way to see the lineup first AND a chance to win a 2024 Adult Weekend Pass. Link to mailing list is in our bio ⬆️

Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM!

We are saying goodbye to two long standing board members, @nicolerenee.7 (Nicole Rhynold) and @treebeech (Trish Leier), but they still remain part of the festival. ❤️

Nicole joined the board 6 years ago and has worn many hats throughout her time on the board. Thank you for your dedication to the Kaslo Jazz Etc Society over the many years Nicole! 🙌

Trish joined the board in 2019 and has seen this festival go through a pandemic and has been a big part of making it come through the other side! We are thrilled that Trish is joining our year round staff. 👏

Thank you both for your hard work, support, and attention to detail to make this organization what it is today. ❣️

We are very excited to welcome back Jake the Lady to our board of directors, and to welcome two new members: David Burrows and Marty Lynch. Each of these three bring unique skills, enthusiasm, and a love for the festival to KJES. We are looking forward to having them on the team!
